Our CSA runs from late June through mid-november. WE STRIVE FOR flavor, NUTRITION, QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY.
We focus on staple crops, but include some lesser-known veggies so you can try new things.
Our selection includes tomatoes, broccoli, green beans, carrots, kale, summer squash, lettuce greens, spinach, cabbage, melons, sweet potatoes, eggplant, peppers, winter squash, onions, potatoes, garlic, and more.
Once a crop matures, we want it to be available to you every week for the duration of its season. To maximize the number of weeks we have each crop available, we plant multiple successions, carefully select varieties that perform well under weather and disease stress, and use row cover to protect plants from pests and frost.
